1 Introduction and Acceptance

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus amounts subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the following conditions:

• All pending KYC and verification checks must be satisfactorily completed before funds are released.
• Accounts closed due to confirmed fraud, match-fixing, money laundering, or breach of Terms will forfeit all balances without recourse.
